Newbie to the board
 
Hello! I'm new to the message board part, have been doing the fitness log off and on for a while.

I'm hoping to get more consistent in that and work on my diet.
I've done low carb in the past and worked nicely. I've never been too good with intros so yeah :p plus this is my first time posting on a fitness/diet website!

I'm looking forward to reading and posting!
