hey everyone im new and need to start doing stuff like cal counting and counting my exercise but i dont have a clue. i guess i will start simply.
my weight has been up down up down up down up down up!
i emotionally eat big time :( it is extremly difficult to control!!
i am wanting to loose weight, get fit again, but this time loose and get fit for GOOD....and not go back to being overweight once i am at a comfortable weight again. thanks for listening,
You've taken the first big step--coming here! Now you have to decide on an eating plan and start tracking your calories. Enter all your data so you'll know about how many calories your body burns a day--that way you'll know approximately how many pounds you can lose a week.
Once you've got that established, start some sort of exercise, even if its just walking.
