This I agree with. A while back when my brother thought he might join the Marines he would make me go running with him...(he ran i jogged if you could even call it that) but we would always go before we ate then i wouldn't eat much of a dinner because i wouldn't feel very hungry. So i think whether you decide to work out before or after keep your dinner light. Good luck!
