I'm so glad I stumbled across this forum. I've used FitDay off and on for years :).
I am looking for a proper place to start a Journal to share my progress and receive encouragment and support. Any suggestions?

I am new today too. I have never used the internet as a way of support unless it was for recipes. I am looking to talk to people who are starting the same time I am and really want to lose the weight. Everyone I seem to be talking to lately is talking the talk and not walking the walk. I started the journal too and just wrote down the reasons why I wanted to lose the weight, then I can look back at that as I track my progress. I am all about the encouragement and support! I went to weight watchers for years and now with 3 small kiddos, I can't make it to the meetings like I would like to.
