Since my wife seen it was so nice and simple to chart everything on Fitday that now she has joined, started watching her diet, began exercising with the Wii fit game, eliminated wine from her diet, and she has quit smoking! We're going to upgrade to the non-interent version tomorrow she has already added the I-phone app to her phone.
Thanks everyone at FitDay we'll have some beach body pictures this spring!

That's great news! The only way my wife will participate is if I log everything for her. I bet you'll both meet your goals, especially working together like this.

I opened up a photobucket.com account (it's free). The I take the like and insert it into my signature.
