not new to here really, I registered about 12 months ago, used it quite a lot and then just stopped!
anyway back now and determined that the weight is going to come off.
Not always had weight to loose, I used to be a size 12, which is good for my height and frame and was always in the gym...had a motorbike crash, bust my ankle, couldnt excersise, got depressed and now a size 18 :(
But that was in the past and its a new year so time to get going.
Not doing any crazy diet, just living by a rule that my dad does..
"eat less..move more" it worked for him, so just cutting down on the meal sizes and eating healthier, cut out the old vino and excersising on a regular basis again.
Got four stone to loose...wish me luck :)

It sounds like you have a solid plan to hit your weight loss goal.
Welcome back. You know I have a friend that actually uses exercise as therapy for her depression and if she misses a few days you can tell just by looking at her. Crazy but true.
yeah it makes a massive difference, no longer suffering with it at all as it was a few years ago now. But even if you dont suffer with depresssion the mental effects of excersise are quite staggering.
If I excersise as soon as I get up I find that I am calmer, happier, have a sense of acheivement and stick to my food plan as well.
diet without excersise does not work for me, it has to be both and now that I can excersise again Im really hoping that this weight will come off...its just not me!!
BTW - is it just me on here that is from the UK? everyone seems to be in the US??
How true about exercise making you feel good!
Also there are quite a few from other countries on here!
