Default 50 ld to lose

Starting 1 1 11 the right way... fitness goals include losing 50 lds this year.

I know I need to track food intake to accomplish this goal and fitday has graet tools for that. I need to make time every day for this task.

A hectic life with partime jobs in four locations = full time employment has kept my personal life in chaos.

Time to prioritize my own goals.

Hi Katy,
Setting a goal is on of the first steps so I'd say you're on the right track! Keep that positive attitude and you'll be unstopable!

We're sharing the same goal, I also want to lose 50 lbs. FitDay has awesome tools to track your calorie intake as well as the calories you burn so you can make sure you have the right caloric deficit to lose!
