Hello
This is my first time using FitDay. I had our first baby in Aug and am trying t lose weight. I gained 62lbs during pregnancy and have about 40 to lose to get back to prepregnancy wieght. In the past i have always been fit and never had to lose weight and am finding it to be a struggle. I think this forum and tracking program will be extremley helpful to me.
