I agree LisaAnnie. I find that by giving myself a chance to feel hunger I enjoy and anticipate my meals more. It's weird to think of hunger as pleasant, however this is such a contrast to the constant urge to eat when I'm not eating well.
I always feel better after an activity -- so why is it so hard to get started? Mary Mary |
