Still fat and fed up!!
Hi to all,
Just started fitday and found to my horror that I'm not eating enough or at least I don't think I am. I'm on average 1500 calories a day and am not eating enough protein. The trouble is I have such stomach problems with keeping the food in that I just can't physically eat anymore than I am.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I love food and don't have any eating disorders.
How about a blender and make some awesome smoothies with some protein powder?
