I've just started exercising/eating healthy, needing alot of help though with this website and the members on it. Which I'm sure I'll get.
I'm wanting to lose 10lb for valentines day, really wanting some good help with that as I don't have a clue how to :(
I'm not sure what you currently weigh but 10 #'s in a month and a 1/2 sounds doable.
