Hi, not sure what I am doing but I am new and I really want to learn how to be healthier.. I have 3 kids and just need to get back into shape and stay there!!! I was in a car acccident in 05' and it really screwed my back up, I want to exercise but I often worry about my back because it takes a week and a half to heal at a time and that means real pain for a while... I want to learn how to add the nutrition part in so that the workout part isnt the focus since I am limited. Today is a good "doing something about it" day but I would love a buddy for those tough days!!!!
