Tracking Net Carbs
I've just started and was hoping that I could use this site to help me track my net carbohydrates. I'm starting the "New" Atkins diet and they subtract the fiber from the carbohydrates to get "net carbohydrates."
I'd like to set the net carbohydrate limit so I know how close I'm getting throughout the day.
Can this be done?
From your FOOD tab scroll down to see the Nutrition breakdowns. On the Calories tab you will see Carbohydrates and Dietary Fiber. Subtract the fiber from carbohydrates to get your 'Net Carbs'.
