Smile Making changes before the new year!

Hi all,

I've had a fitday account on and off for years. Now I am ready to really put it to work to get more healthy in the coming years, and to maintain that health.

Welcome! I can attest that FitDay works if you commit to it (like most things in life). Kudos to you for starting the New Year get-fit plan early.

I am new too! Previously lost weight only to gain it back again.

49 yrs old almost 50
female
5'2" tall
158 # I have muffin top i want to get rid of too!
Goal weight : 140
May go lower later.

so I am starting and did 15 min on elliptical( once i remembered how to turn it on) I went 1.08 miles and burned 104 calories!!
