Default Hello Fit World!!!

Hey everyone...My name is Rico and I'm in the military and I was currently on the Army Weight Control Program...Happy to say I am no longer on that program and I plan to stay off it too...I nam currently deployed to Iraq and find it difficult to watch what I eat but I will make the effort...So I was made aware of this site and found it intriguing...So here I am...Can't to change my lifestyle to an even healthier one...good luck to all and looking forward to the discussion boards!!!

Welcome and thanks for your service! You may want to look for archived posts by 'heytred'. You may be able to pick up some tips as to how he overcame some of the challenges eating military food.

Ron I was just about to recommend heytred's posts. I believe he also has his food logs posted publicly, so everyone can see how he chooses and combines his MREs for making the best out of the situation.

Welcome Rico, and thanks for your service!
