Hi everyone! I am very excited to meet you and to join the journey to lifelong health! I am ninteen years old and I would like to tell you my story.
I went to college as a freshman last year-weighing 227 pounds and let me tell you my self esteem wasn't very high! But through the school year I began to go to the school gym and workout, just a little at first but then more and more as I got addicted. I stopped eating junk food and by the end of the year I had lost 50 pounds! I was thrilled! But then I went home and without a gym close by quickly got out of shape.
However I have mostly maintained my weight over the summer only gaining two pounds.
But now I want to shape up and ship out those extra pounds and blubber! My goal weight right now is 169 and I would like to reach that goal by the New Year. Hopefully I am going to get a treadmill soon so I don't have to exercise in the freezing cold of winter.
