New girl!

Hello, I am Rhiannon I go by Bia. I started here because I need support and help on losing some weight. I plan on being 130 lbs again. I am 162 lbs. and I don't think that I'm over over weight but I do think I am fat. I just need help. I would like to look good again. I feel bad because I cannot feel normal around my live in boyfriend. And even though he doesn't have a problem with my weight I want to look good for him.
