Hi everyone!

I stumbled on this site by accident and signed up...have been overweight for about 15 years on and off, mostly on ;)

I lost some weight last year but synthetic hormones are wreaking havoc and I want to get back on track...

I have zero energy right now but am motivated. I would appreciate a kick in the pants :D

is your lack of energy due to the hormones?

Yes and I also have an iron defieciency (anemia) but things are starting to fall back into place. As soon as my body gets used to the hormones, I imagine the weight loss will kick in (hopefully).

iron defieciency is an easy fix, they sell OTC iron pills. Good luck with you. I'm assuming low T?
