Today is the first day for me

I'm really excited about
doing this.
I do have a question thou.. I have arthritis in my right ankle pretty
bad. I need some exercises I can do that won't kill my feet, since I can't run.
I ride bike when the weather permits. Been doing crunches and
push ups. I also have weights and a bench that I can use too.
Any suggestions will be welcome
