New to forum and to fitday.com
Hi everyone! I'm pretty much brand new on this website. I've only been using it religiously for the past couple of weeks or so. It's been helping me keep track of what goes into my mouth as well as making me realize just how badly I have been eating in the past. I love it!
My goal is to lose about 130 pounds as healthily and quickly as possible. I've even been keeping track of what I do on a fairly daily blog that has been going on for almost a month now. Haven't really been losing a whole lot yet but, I know that I will get there soon with hard work.
Anyway, I'm hoping to meet some people on here who are going through the same thing that I am and to get advice on recipes and different things that I should try (or watch out for). Talk to you all soon!!
Hello Devon, welcome to the forum. You might want to check out the 100+ pound club, we're a fun and supportive bunch. I'm trying to lose 124 pounds, so we're in the same ballpark. That 4 year old hamburger thing was disgusting.
Devon, welcome. I had about twice what you do to lose (only a tad over 200 to go--yeah!) so I know where you're coming from. Stick with Fitday and you'll do it (I've done it before).
