Hi Ladies,

I friend told me about this site so I'm snooping around trying things out. I'm a convert from Weight Watchers so I'm a convert. Looking forward to getting started on this new weight loss journey!!

Welcome! I have only been here since June 3rd and I feel that this is one of the best sites I've seen yet. I have done WW several times in the past. It is ingrained forever ingrained in my mind. But I have taken everything I've learned, read and experienced and customized it just for me.
