Hello, yes look forward to hearing good experiences also. Have gotten “busy” lately and neglected my health a little, so need to lose 47 lbs now to get back to a healthy range. Was thinking that sharing my progress (lbs to go) would help keep me on track and accountable.
Would love some resistance / muscle building exercise ideas that don’t need a lot of equipment, if anyone would like to share some.
