Trying to loss a 10kg
Hai Fitdayians,
I am newbie to this forum and a 43 years old male. And my height is 168cm and around 80kg. I reckon this weight is a 10kg higher for me(may be more). So i planned to stick with some diet plan and whatsoever to loss those extra weight.
Hope this forum and memners will be very helpful for me..

Welcome MonteSchander! Logging my food has always helped me make better decisions to lose and maintain a healthy weight. Add cardio and weight training (helps maintain muscle loss that is common during calorie deficits) and you have a recipe for success. Best wishes on your journey!

Here are some tips to lose 10kg as fast as possible:
- Count the number of calories that the body absorbs
- Drink more water and drink water
- Adjust the protein content of each serving
- Limit the amount of carbs in the body
- Do Exercises to burn your fat
- Add more fiber to each meal
- Chew your slowly
- Create a scientific sleep schedule
- Always stay consistent with your weight loss journey even when you’re at the most difficult stage
- Do more cardio to improve your heart health and achieve your weight goal
