Default New couple

Hi All,

We are a new married couple here trying to lose weight . Does anyone have good tips for losing weight after pregnancy?

Congratulations to you two - for being so health conscious and making health a priority!

Fitday has a food log. If you enter the food you eat (you should have separate accounts) you will be able to see how many calories you are taking in each day. Nursing mothers should be eating more calories even if they are trying to lose weight (Google that if your doctor has not already discussed this topic.)

Then reduce the number of calories you eat each day and see what fits your lifestyle and what actually effects weight loss for you.
