A Lot To Lose
Hi I'm Kari and as my heading says I have a lot to lose, I need to lose 100lbs, and my goal is to lose it in a year. I swim and walk, swim more because for me it is easier on my ankles, due to my weight is hurts to walk a lot on my ankles..I live in Denison Texas and am knew to the site..hope everyone is doing ok today!

Hi, Kari. I can relate to pain on walking. I am in the "obese" category with a BMI of 31.5 and when I am in this state, my feet hurt and I have trouble with my knees. Pain is a good motivator, though, for doing something about it. I have lost three pounds this week. Good luck to you!

Hello members!
Hello members! I am jane and i am newbie here. I used to eat so much ice cream in my childhood and now my body weight is higher than normal. I want to decrease it but i do not interested to perform difficult physical exercises. I like losing it through my diet. Could it be possible? My friends often suggest me running and jogging.
