Default one more try

Hi, i'm a veteran dieter giving it one more try. What can i do? I'll only lose weight by trying. I lost 65 pounds using FitDay in 2007/8. I have 70 to lose this time. I'm 49 year old woman, 5'3" and 210 pounds. I weigh as much as a football player! Can't wait to unload ten pounds and break the 200-pound barrier. It's my first full day dieting. I felt all chaotic and twirly after my diet lunch so i went to the mall and bought a big bag of veggies. I feel so much better since i filled up on them. Veggies rock!

Plain vegetables (no sauces) are great for satisfying hunger. You're on the right track. Good luck!

@SweetJane7, you and I are close in age and weight. This is my fourth time back at fitday and I love knowing that it works so long as I keep tabs on my food intake. I started back on September 1 and have made a goal to lose 30 pounds by the end of December. I have been feeling a little irritable and panicky just before dinner but I know that will only last about a week and then I will kind of get used to a routine. Best of luck to you on your journey!
