I'm a newbie...at least since last week. I've had this account since 2009 but never posted or read the forums. I am an ex-athlete trying to hold on to a nice size the healthy way. I've seen what yo yo and fad diets do to people. They look older and their skin is loose. I don't want that. I want to be a smaller size, not just wear a smaller size. There's a difference. With all of that said, I'm going to take my over 45 behind and loose these 20 pesky pounds so I can feel like the girl I used to be. Wish me luck!
