My name's Ro and I'm new to the forums tho not to fitday.
I'm trying to lose about 55lbs over the next 8 months and I'm on day one of my new lifestyle choice. Started well, had 3 sensible sized meals today and got a short walk in at lunch time. I am probably going to be chatting on here a fair bit because I am likely to be in need of moral support to keep going as I often fall at the early hurdles! Hopefully I'll be able to help others too.
