Smile Hello

Hi everyone, Although I joined last week this is first of me really checking out all there is on the Fitday site. I am 55 yrs young and weighing in 196ibs. Only 5'1 in height so quite a bit overweight. I'm looking to get my weight down to 126ibs. Due to health problems going to a gym is not practical but I have tried and enjoyed doing power walking at home with DVD so will use that for my exercise and see how I get on. I'm relearning portion size, I still tend to cook as if the kids still stay at home, but this last week have been doing better so I'm counting that as my trial run before starting in earnest from Monday.
