Using FitDay to eat whole foods, plant based diet
Hi,
Thanks to beans, brown rice, Grapenuts and an easy broccoli salad recipe (that I can't believe I enjoy), I think I can continue eating whole, plant based foods. I just found a simple lentil soup recipe, and love researching all that I can eat, while feeling amazing.
I have a question about the food log. I cannot find almond milk, yet it seems basic enough that it should show up in the options. Any suggestions? Also, I'd like to find brand name items already listed (if possible), or be able to easily import them. If I purchase the PC software, would that be a feature?
Love the site!

Almond milk does not show up. The only thing I can suggest is that if you use almond milk, make it a custom food using nutrition information from the box.
I don't know of a way to import information (from where?) for custom foods.
