This may be a silly question, I just want to confirm a suspision
 
But I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere.

The Lifestyle calories are just you being alive right? Does that mean I have to put every thing I do into the activity record?

If I walk for 4 minutes to someone else's office at work? If I go up and down the stairs at home? Do I put that?

it's based off of you being alive at whatever activity level you entered. For example, if your lifestyle was sedentary you'd burn less than say you worked in construction.

I put in Sedentary. I guess it just depends on my opinion then.
