Sweating for the Wedding
Hello everyone, I am a college student, biology major, trying to slim down before my Spring 2015 wedding. Instead of gaining the "Freshmen 15" I gained more like the "Junior/Senior 45." :eek: Bad eating habits and a sedentary life got me here and I know only a diet change and exercise will get me out. But it's actually doing it that's the hard part! I guess that's where Fit Day comes in! I can see how it really helps you see what you are putting into your body and you energy out. It's so easy to let your calories snowball out of control, but seeing them all tallied up helps me keep my eating in check. I'm really excited about my new lifestyle now, but I'm sure I'll have some low points with some questions later; that's why I joined the forum! :) Hope to get to know some of you guys better!
P.S. Any Army wives/fiances or Sorority women out there?
