Hello
Hi!
My name is Samantha and it's my first time in Fitday. I need to loose 20 kg and I don't really know what is the best diet for me.
I tried everything but nothing really helped me.
I do Yoga and try to walk a lot but I also love food
I eat everything: meat, vegetables, carbs.
Is there anyone here on their 50's that has a good diet to recommend?

Welcome, from another food lover!
Loving food doesn't have to be a disadvantage. As long as you find a caloric limit to lose weight (fitday has a way to calculate this), your new hobby can be finding ways to cook creatively within those caloric limits. Portion size is key so maybe you can share your creations with another dieter or someone in your family who wouldn't mind losing a few pounds.
