My name is Samantha and it's my first time in Fitday. I need to loose 20 kg and I don't really know what is the best diet for me.
I tried everything but nothing really helped me.
I do Yoga and try to walk a lot but I also love food
I eat everything: meat, vegetables, carbs.
Is there anyone here on their 50's that has a good diet to recommend?
