Relative newcomer going public
started here a while ago, lost 4 lbs easily and smoothly, and then problems began, my weight currently is doing yo-yo tricks;
was getting motivation from weight loss mp3s, still when I listen to them on UTube my antivirus goes bonkers, keeps finding threats;
I need some support and motivation!!!
47, female, start weight 152 lbs, goal weight 132 lbs,
current weight 144
Goals: exercise 30 min a day,
on days off 2 times 30 min
