Going for it.
Ok...I have started back. I know I can do this it is just a matter of focus and will power. I am not too fat and swim and run...do some classes. Just need to do more. I have trials in the spring and need to be in great shape for the crucible of those trials. Goal is 190 and 213 now. Ultmiate goal is 180ish. I know I can do it. By making it "public" I know it will help!

Glad you are back with us on the road to fitness. I have no will power, so I wouldn't know about that, but I do know that even mild to moderate exercise is life changing.
