Hello!
Just joined today and already liking what I see.
Over the course of 2012-2013 I started gradually losing weight, going from healthy to quite underweight. Then I started exercising and suddenly had an appetite again. Now I'm a bit over my original weight (mostly in muscle but some... not) and hoping to find a healthy balance again. Anyone else on here with a similar experience?
