Hello all, I am a 21 year old girl who's battled all her life with her weight. I've been morbidly obese in the past, but I've managed to reduce my BMI by 16.83 points. I still need to lose almost 65 pounds... I've been a vegan for 2 years now and I'm looking for some exercise that trains the whole body. I was thinking about ballet, but people talk me out of it because of my age and frame (big,heavy boned and tall). I'm open to suggestions.
