I just re-joined after a long hiatus... *gulp*
I'd like to join or start a group for women over 60.
We have different issues and challenges than younger folk.
It's discouraging to be lumped all in one pile. Our fitness levels, nutritional needs,
are different than when we were 20, 30, or 40.
I was in another group awhile back (ok, I was still in my 50's) and it was nice to have encouragement and support from other folks facing the same kinds of challenges.
So... anybody interested??
