I'm restarting my weight loss journey as of a couple of weeks ago and am keeping better track now of foods & excercise.
I've decided to weigh 1 x per week and I noticed that my wieght varies throughout the day. It seems that my weight is the lowest in the morning when I wake up (so that's when I want to weigh myslef
I was wondering though if anyone would care to comment on their weigh-in regime? Do you weigh in at a certain time? Do you wear a certain outfit? Do you weigh just after a shower, etc? Just curious I guess what most people do ;-)
I usually wear shorts and tank top-- less weight, ha ha ha
