Confused about fat calculation on Fitday

I am new to the site and trying to eat healthy for weight loss. I am trying to look daily at my ratio of carbs, fats and protein as I am diabetic and need to watch carb intake. One thing I have noticed is that the calculator seems to assign a fat content to plain vegetables that are steamed or boiled with no additions. i.e. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. I was not aware the vegetables have a fat content, can someone clarify for me as eating vegies is putting my fat ratio out of whack?;)

Vegetables do have fats. Just in mg rather than grams that are reported on the standard nutrition data labels.

I don't know how vegetables can add a LOT of fat to a diet, though.
