Default Confused about fat calculation on Fitday

I am new to the site and trying to eat healthy for weight loss. I am trying to look daily at my ratio of carbs, fats and protein as I am diabetic and need to watch carb intake. One thing I have noticed is that the calculator seems to assign a fat content to plain vegetables that are steamed or boiled with no additions. i.e. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. I was not aware the vegetables have a fat content, can someone clarify for me as eating vegies is putting my fat ratio out of whack?

Vegetables do have fats. Just in mg rather than grams that are reported on the standard nutrition data labels.

I don't know how vegetables can add a LOT of fat to a diet, though.
