New mom trying to stay in shape
after my son was born i started working on getting back to the weight i was before i was pregnant. it took almost a year but i got there, and now i'm thinking i could get to an even healthier weight (i was a little too heavy even before i got pregnant)
hoping some success stories and support from others will help keep me on track. :)
Welcome to FitDay! if you poke around the message boards, you will see lots of success stories, and also a lot of support for the days you might not feel so successful :o. There is a success stories thread you might find inspiring.
