Default New year, new me

Hi everyone, my name is Lisa and I am 38 (in 2 weeks time), I want to lose 28lb by 4th june this year. Over Christmas I have put on 7lb and I feel like a heffer!
Back to the gym tomorrow and no alcohol until my birthday.

I'm sure some of that 7 lb. weight gain is water weight. Most of that should come off fairly quick! Stick around and post in the Motivation and Support forum. I've personally found that posting with others who are also trying to shed pounds to be very helpful! All the best to you!
