Im a 58 year old male that is obese and has been for many years. The excess weight is taking its toll on the knees and ankles etc. Decided its now or never and have embarked on a 14 day metabolism diet. Its day 5 and have stuck to it so far. Not sure this diet is right however I decided to do it for three reasons, maybe it does work, kick start me losing weight and most of all to prove to myself that I have the discipline and can be committed to finishing it.
My weight at present is 145kg and my goal is to be around 100kg . I am hoping to achieve this in about 8 months. Any encouragement will be greatly appreciated. Will keep you posted.
