Starting Again

Hello out there! This is new for me, I have not been on a forum for about 20 years. I am starting a new method of losing weight, using more accountability than ever before. I need to lose 100 pounds. I am finding out that encouragement helps me stay motivated. Thanks for any encouragement you can send my way!

Good for you--just keep plugging away.

And this time I too want to lose and keep it off.

Congratulations! Yes, the hard part is ahead..., but you will make it!

Moved my thread

Hi y'all, I moved my thread to under Motivation on the advice of my coach (aka, my son). We can make it, we just have to keep plugging away. I finally lost 5 pounds after 2 months! :D Yay me!!
