I really want to shed these pounds that have hung around for far too long leaving lack of confidence.
I currently weigh 177 pounds and would like to be around 140. So my new journey begins. I am trying to do it this way as I have tried Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers etc, I have ADHd which you would think would help me burn them calories off! Hard to keep a job down so both these need money commitment which I don't have. When good, everythings good, I'm busy, when on a low, confused and lethargic. So hear goes...I'm staying positive for the Aussie summer!
Howdy! I am new myself and we have nearly identical weight goals! I was sitting at 174 and want to drop it down to 145 myself. How you like it...... kinda quiet for a forum but I like it here.
