Red face Feeling overwhelmed.



Hello, I've just joined FitDAY. I feel pretty disgusted with myself. I am 260 lbs. and feeling pretty miserable. I recently saw some pictures when I was considerably thinner and much more healthier of myself from a few years back. I couldn't help but think "What the heck???" I don't have a plan per se yet. I just KNOW that NOW is the time and I have got to DO something So I'll be reading different posts here and hopefully, will find so good info and support along the way.

Hi and welcome to fitday. You start where you're at.......maybe that's not a pleasant fact but you are now on the right track. Check out the weekly motivational thread for support and posting of goals.

Personally I found that tracking food really did it for me! Log everything!
