Hello, I've just joined FitDAY. I feel pretty disgusted with myself. I am 260 lbs. and feeling pretty miserable. I recently saw some pictures when I was considerably thinner and much more healthier of myself from a few years back. I couldn't help but think "What the heck???" I don't have a plan per se yet. I just KNOW that NOW is the time and I have got to DO something So I'll be reading different posts here and hopefully, will find so good info and support along the way. :p
Hi and welcome to fitday. You start where you're at.......maybe that's not a pleasant fact but you are now on the right track. Check out the weekly motivational thread for support and posting of goals.
Personally I found that tracking food really did it for me! Log everything!
