First time with high protein/low carb...
Hi everyone!
I'm really hoping that fitday works for me since I've tried Noom and while it kinda helped me track, it didn't do anything for my weight loss goal. When will they come out with an app that causes weight loss?!
Anywho, I'm planning on going with the high protein/low carb thing but not excluding carbs entirely because I know I would fail if I did that. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome aboard. Be sure to take in plenty of fat. Your body will need fat for energy since it won't be getting it from carbs. Besides that, low fat items are usually loaded with carbs (sugar). Go to the store and look at regular ranch dressing vs low fat. The one with more fat has less carbs. It's like that with just about anything.
